Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- Original packaging and any accompanying materials must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Extreme Thong swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Swimwear with removed tags or signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Exchange Process

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with your return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include your order confirmation copy.
Ship to our address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
