Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Please Note: We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Returns & Exchanges
Finding swimwear that makes you feel confident and beautiful is our priority. Our returns process reflects the same attention to detail and care we put into selecting every designer piece in our collections.
Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- Original packaging and accompanying materials must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Extreme Thong swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Swimwear with removed tags or signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request

2 Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with your return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship to our address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
